We are love dogs but due to the nature of our accommodation with need to have rules.
- All dogs staying at Hafren Forest Hideaway must be disclosed at the time of the booking. Only those dogs disclosed on the booking form may be brought onto the property. Any additional visiting dogs/friends must first be agreed with us before they will be allowed onto the property.
- Maximum number of dogs at one time 3
- All dogs must be house-trained, I am sorry, but we cannot accommodate incontinent dogs.
- We do not allow dogs into the bedrooms, or the kitchen. Dogs are allowed in the dining room, lounge and our boot room.
- Please ensure your dog(s) are up to date with parasite treatments – natural remedies are acceptable. If your dog is suffering from a contagious condition such as fleas or kennel cough etc they must not, under any circumstances, be brought onto the property.
- If it becomes necessary to close the Hafren Forest Hideaway due to flea infestation you will be liable for the cost of treatment to deal with this, as well as the loss of income resulting in having to close the Hafren Forest Hideaway, until it is deemed safe to let again.
- Dogs are not to be left in Hafren Forest Hideaway unattended at any time.
- We request that guests are respectful of the Hafren Forest Hideaway and its surrounding grounds, also respect our neighbours and their dogs. This includes picking up of all dog faeces and disposing of it in the dog bin provided.
- It is your responsibility to keep your dog under control at all times whilst on.
- Hafren Forest Hideaway will not be liable should your dog escape from the property or our grounds.
- We will meet with you at Hafren Forest Hideaway to show you around. After this, it is your responsibility whether you consider your dog is safe to be left off lead within our grounds.
Dogs must be supervised at all times both inside and outside the property.
Banned Breeds - We are sorry but we do not accept any dogs who fall under the banned breeds act.
