- For groups of fewer than 10, exclusive hire with catering is available; just get in touch for a personalised quote.
- For stays where Sarah provides catering, one-night stays are available at weekends & Mid Week
- Standard check-in is 16:30 and check-out by 10:00. For hosted stays, we may be able to offer flexibility; please check at the time of booking, depending on our schedule before or after your stay.
- Christmas & New Year, sorry hosting service is not available.

Important Booking Information
- Bank Holidays: As a small, independent business, we are unable to offer one-night B&B stays over Bank Holiday weekends.
- Weekends: We encourage two-night stays so guests can fully relax and make the most of the beautiful surroundings.
- Please note: self-catering facilities are not available with private room bookings.
